Right at the foot of the Alpine mountains in beautiful forests in untouched surroundings you can make excursions ride the bike or a horse, go coaching or go for a sleigh-ride in winter. It is a nice attraction for visitors to Sopron, tourist groups and those passing the town Sopron.

The 'Vadon Riding Club' is located right at the foot of the Alpine mountains in the village of Ágfalva, 4 kilometres from Sopron ( Hungary) and 50 kilometres from Vienna ( Austria). The club covers a total area of 24 hectars with a stables of 50, suiting European norms, with a 1.350 m2 indoor riding-hall, hurdle, jump field, artificial lake, children's playing fortress, reeded picnic corner for our guests. The 250 persons picnic corner is equipped with oven, open-air broiler, bacon-barbecue, spit, kettle, billet, reeded guests' room, children's playing fortress and playground. The site can be rented for different family or company events and occasions. In the homestead area there are a lot of different aboriginal Hungarian domestic animals e.g. gray beef cattle or long-wool sheep to be found. Taking a look at these can be a great adventure both for adults and children to spend the week end with.

Vadon Riding Club is awaiting its guests with high level programmes. Our programmes include rangemen's show, Hungarian folklore programme, gipsy music and more.

Vadon Riding Club is characterised by its Hungarian hospitality and home made dishes. We welcome our groups with fresh and hot scones and palinka. Visitors seeking the open air terrasse are welcome in our cold and hot buffet. Those perefering comfort are invited to visit our Étterem.

It is also part of our services to organize several different alternatives to spend the free-time around Sopron and in Austria as well. Touring, sightseeing, castle tours, boat trip at Lake Fertő arer all part of our offer. We are also happy to help you with accomodation.
